How It Works

Press and hold the electric control button; the motor runs, the hydraulic pump operates, and the main platform rises. When the platform reaches its maximum height, the hydraulic directional control valve opens, the ramp cylinder activates, and the ramp unfolds. Then release the button; the hydraulic power unit stops operating, and the hydraulic loading ramp descends under its own weight, allowing the return oil from the platform cylinder to flow back to the reservoir through the throttle valve. The hydraulic ramp slowly lowers, completing the loading and unloading operation. Press and hold the electric control button to raise the main platform; the ramp returns to its original position under its own weight, and the return oil from the ramp cylinder flows back to the reservoir. Release the button (without raising the main platform to its highest position), and the main platform descends while the hydraulic ramp returns to its original position.

Rising Platform
Press and hold the button to raise the platform; the lip will then extend upward along with it. There are mounting brackets underneath the platform that automatically raise and lower the support platform.
Docking the Truck
After the truck has pulled in, lower the platform to the appropriate height so that the docking lip engages with the truck’s chassis, allowing for loading and unloading.

Folding the Platform

First, raise the platform so that the lip folds down. Then lower the platform back to its original position in the pit to complete the folding process.

1. With the electronic control system, simply press the button and the adjustment plate will rise automatically—operation is extremely simple. Release the button, and the adjustment plate will lower under its own weight; the hinged ramp will rest on the truck and be ready for use.

2. The power system uses a large hydraulic cylinder to lift the entire ramp. When it reaches the top position, a smaller hydraulic cylinder engages to smoothly extend the hinged ramp. The height-adjustable ramp is constructed entirely from high-quality, heavily ribbed steel plates and profiles from well-known, which are tightly welded together to ensure a long service life.

5. There are three movable panels on each side of the ramp, effectively preventing the risk of toe injuries when the ramp is lowered to ensure safety. The front of the fixed loading ramp’s base features an open design, allowing for quick and easy removal of debris.

6. The uniquely designed “I-beam” steel frame distributes load evenly and reduces torsional stress on the frame, making it more robust and durable than other channel steel structures.
