The mechanical mobile dock ramp is an auxiliary loading and unloading device that requires no external power supply and adjusts height via a mechanical spring balance system. Working Principle
A high-strength balance system counteracts the self-weight of the platform. Operators only need to apply minimal pulling force to lift the platform to its maximum height. Following the lever principle, the lip plate is released to rest on the truck bed. When a forklift drives onto the ramp, the platform automatically adjusts with varying loads and maintains consistent contact with the truck bed height at all times.
