Our hydraulic liftgate is a loading auxiliary device mounted on the rear of trucks and box vans. Driven by an electro-hydraulic power unit, it delivers smooth lifting and lowering of the platform, allowing seamless transfer of heavy goods between ground and cargo compartment. No forklifts or extra manpower required, drastically cutting loading/unloading stop time.
A truck hydraulic liftgate is far more than a simple steel plate; it is a precision piece of equipment operated in coordination with four core systems as follows:

Structural Features
Self-lubricating bushings are adopted at all hinge joints, with a maintenance-free cycle of no less than 5,000 operations.
Cargo is prevented from sliding during tilting. It is especially suitable for wheeled equipment such as trolleys and cage carts to load and unload directly without additional lashing and fixing.

Can this liftgate be installed on all light-duty trucks?
Compatible with most vehicle models. Please provide the frame beam width of your truck and the height from ground to cargo floor, our engineering team will provide exclusive mounting bracket drawings for you.
Is it suitable for my vehicle?
It fits light, medium and heavy trucks, as well as box, flatbed and refrigerated trucks. Supply your vehicle model, frame beam width and ground clearance, and we will design a customized solution.
What load capacity should I choose?
Select a model with capacity equal to maximum cargo weight multiplied by 1.2. Choose 0.5–1T for courier delivery, 1.5–2T for palletized goods, and 2.5–3T for heavy loads. An overrated model increases fuel consumption, while an underrated one poses safety risks.
Can the platform size be customized?
Customized to match the full width of your cargo box. It sits flush with the vehicle rear when folded, without blocking taillights or license plates.
Does installation require modifying the chassis frame?
No alteration to original vehicle structure. It is fixed via U-bolts and reinforcing plates, causing no damage to the frame beam.
Is the operation complicated?
Equipped with 4 control buttons (Lift / Lower / Tilt / Stop); operators can master operation within 10 minutes.
Can it work in rainy weather?
The electrical system reaches IP67 waterproof rating, and the platform adopts anti-slip checkered steel plate. Normal operation is allowed in rain and snow, with proper load reduction recommended.
Will the platform drop suddenly if the hydraulic hose bursts?
Built-in hydraulic lock prevents free fall. The platform will descend slowly at a speed ≤0.3m/s upon hose rupture.
Is the liftgate prone to breakdowns? How often is maintenance required?
Core components feature high durability. Monthly greasing, quarterly oil level inspection and annual hydraulic oil replacement are sufficient.
What is the warranty period?
1-year or 100,000 lifting cycles for the whole unit, covering all structural and hydraulic components. Electrical parts carry a 6-month warranty.
