Has the machine tool bed undergone aging treatment?
All machine tool beds are made of high-strength FC300 cast iron in a single-piece casting. They undergo natural aging followed by secondary artificial stress relief treatment to completely eliminate internal stresses, ensuring no deformation or misalignment during long-term high-speed machining and maintaining permanent, stable accuracy.
Does the machine bed vibrate during high-speed machining?
The entire machine features a widened base, thickened walls, and a dense rib structure, providing exceptional rigidity. Even under high-speed and heavy-cutting conditions, machine vibration is minimal, leaving no vibration marks or tool marks on the workpiece.
Can the machine tool support 24-hour continuous, non-stop production?
The equipment is designed to industrial mass-production standards. The servo system, spindle, lubrication system, and cooling system are all optimized for round-the-clock, uninterrupted operation, making it suitable for stable, high-volume production in large-scale factories.
Is the precision of your machine tools stable? How many years will they last?
Every machine undergoes a full factory inspection before shipment. The lead screws and guideways use high-precision components, with a standard accuracy of ±0.01 mm. With proper maintenance, the machine will maintain its precision for 8–10 years, making it suitable for long-term batch processing without dimensional drift during operation.
How do your machine tools differ from cheaper models offered by other manufacturers?
Cheaper models feature downgraded, lightweight frames and standard lead screws, which often result in vibration, tool marks, and poor accuracy after just six months of use. Our machines feature reinforced frames, full enclosures, and high-rigidity structures. They remain vibration-free during heavy-duty cutting and consistently deliver a mirror-like finish during precision machining, making mass production more worry-free.
Are you a manufacturer or a middleman?
We are a direct-from-source manufacturing facility with our own assembly lines, inspection lines, and test workshops. There are no middleman markups, and we support on-site factory inspections, test-cutting samples, and custom machine configurations.
What materials can your machines process?

What is the surface finish of the finished workpieces? Can they be free of tool marks?

Is dimensional stability consistent during batch production? Will there be size variations?
With high machine rigidity, fast servo response, and closed-loop control, dimensions remain consistent across hundreds or even thousands of parts, making it ideal for mass production, export orders, and precision component orders.
Why is your equipment slightly more expensive than others’?
The higher cost stems entirely from the machine’s rigidity, branded components, precision reserves, and service life. Cheap machines may seem affordable at first but end up costing more in the long run—resulting in frequent repairs, more scrapped parts, and delayed production schedules. We offer a one-time investment that ensures long-term stability, minimal repairs, and high productivity.
Are replacement parts easy to source? Will they be discontinued, making them hard to find?
We maintain a stock of all standard replacement parts for our entire product line, which are ready for immediate shipment. You won’t face a situation where your equipment is purchased but cannot be maintained later on.
Do you support exports? Can you provide export packaging?
We can package complete machines in fumigated wooden crates for export, with brand-new rust-proof, waterproof, and dustproof protection. Our packaging is suitable for sea freight, land transport, and long-distance shipping, ensuring the equipment arrives at the destination undamaged.
Can you provide English documentation, manuals, and specification sheets?
