Premium Series: A deep hole drilling machine integrated with milling function, equipped withadvanced FANUC 6-axis CNC system and with AlCCll high precision contour machining.

 

Machine Tool Specifications

Processing Functions
The machine integrates deep hole gun drilling, ejector drilling and heavy-duty milling functions. The ejector drill adopts a dual drill tube with built-in oil sealing structure, which requires no fitting of guide sleeves onto workpieces for oil containment. It has low requirements on workpiece surface condition for bore machining and features wide versatility, greatly enhancing the overall performance when equipped on a combined drilling and milling machine.

Drilling-Milling Mode Switchover
The guide box automatically tilts and lifts upward to enable rapid conversion between deep hole drilling and milling modes, preventing the front guide from interfering with workpieces and rotary table rotation during machining.
A-axis Tilting Range
The A-axis tilts 15° upward and 25° downward. The Y-axis and A-axis are driven by separate lead screws for rational structure and excellent stability.
A-axis Structure
A new-type anti-backlash bearing assembly is applied. Preloaded anti-backlash bearings eliminate rotational clearance and significantly improve the rotary precision of the A-axis.
Drill Pipe Support Bracket Retraction
The support bracket is automatically flipped by air cylinders to reduce operators’ workload.
CNC Rotary Table
Designed with enclosed hydrostatic oil-float construction to substantially improve the table’s anti-overturn capacity.
Machine Counterweight System
Hydraulic counterweight with nitrogen configuration delivers fast response, outstanding stability and high machining precision for superior milling performance.
Axis Configuration
Six control axes are configured in compliance with national standard axis naming rules: X-axis for worktable linear feed, Y-axis for slide vertical movement, Z-axis for column front-rear travel, W-axis for headstock longitudinal feed, A-axis for ram swing, B-axis for worktable rotary motion. The axis quantity is competitive against similar models from peer manufacturers.
Guideway Arrangement
Dual high-rigidity heavy-duty roller guideways are deployed for each of X, Y, Z and W axes. This design guarantees high guiding accuracy, steady low-speed operation and smooth high-speed movement to secure consistent machining precision.

Has the machine tool bed undergone aging treatment?

All machine tool beds are made of high-strength FC300 cast iron in a single-piece casting. They undergo natural aging followed by secondary artificial stress relief treatment to completely eliminate internal stresses, ensuring no deformation or misalignment during long-term high-speed machining and maintaining permanent, stable accuracy.

Does the machine bed vibrate during high-speed machining?

The entire machine features a widened base, thickened walls, and a dense rib structure, providing exceptional rigidity. Even under high-speed and heavy-cutting conditions, machine vibration is minimal, leaving no vibration marks or tool marks on the workpiece.

Can the machine tool support 24-hour continuous, non-stop production?

The equipment is designed to industrial mass-production standards. The servo system, spindle, lubrication system, and cooling system are all optimized for round-the-clock, uninterrupted operation, making it suitable for stable, high-volume production in large-scale factories.

Is the precision of your machine tools stable? How many years will they last?

Every machine undergoes a full factory inspection before shipment. The lead screws and guideways use high-precision components, with a standard accuracy of ±0.01 mm. With proper maintenance, the machine will maintain its precision for 8–10 years, making it suitable for long-term batch processing without dimensional drift during operation.

How do your machine tools differ from cheaper models offered by other manufacturers?

Cheaper models feature downgraded, lightweight frames and standard lead screws, which often result in vibration, tool marks, and poor accuracy after just six months of use.
