Safety First:
Maintenance personnel must enter the platform’s interior. Always secure the lift in a raised position to prevent accidental collapse and injuries.
Inspect Key Components:
Lubrication and wear of:
• Inner/outer scissor arms
• Rollers, intermediate shafts, and bearings
• Base frame beams and hydraulic circuits
• Cylinder pins and hinge bearings
Lubrication:Replenish all shafts and bearings with grease.
Hydraulic Fluid Check:
Level: When fully elevated, oil should sit 35–45mm above the tank base.
Quality: Replace fluid if discolored, viscous, or contaminated with debris/water.
Specification: Use ISO VG 32 hydraulic oil for optimal performance.
