Dacheng Mobile Hooklift Waste Compactor Bin is a standardized export model integrating four core functions: waste feeding, hydraulic compression, sewage separation and fully sealed transportation. It is available in capacities ranging from 8 to 22 cubic meters with a compression ratio of up to 3:1, cutting waste hauling trips by 50%–60% and drastically slashing fuel and labor costs for sanitation operations.

The bin body adopts an integrated U-shaped rolled and welded structure without any splicing welds at the bottom, fundamentally eliminating sewage leakage. Fitted with double-layer hollow sealing strips and an eccentric locking mechanism, its sealing performance improves under heavier full-load transportation conditions.

The equipment is fully compatible with mainstream domestic and international hooklift trucks including Zoomlion, Longma and Hyva with no vehicle modification required. Working Principle

Feeding
Waste is poured into the compression chamber via the top hopper or side tipping bucket.
Compression
The hydraulic cylinder drives the compression ram to push waste into the storage bin.
Pressure Holding & Sewage Draining
Hold pressure for 3–5 seconds once compression is complete. Sewage flows through the bottom filter screen into the sealed sewage tank.
Transportation
After the bin is fully loaded, the compression ram retracts, and a hooklift truck lifts and transports the bin directly.
