Product Description

Product Overview

Dacheng manufactures mobile hook-lift waste compactors from 8-22 m³, applied for municipal solid waste stations, commercial premises, residential communities, industrial plants, schools and hospitals.

This integrated unit combines waste feeding, hydraulic compression, sealed storage and hook-lift transportation. Loose waste is loaded into the enclosed hopper and hydraulically compacted. Once full, the entire container is transported away by a matched hook-lift garbage truck.

We supply the standard 18 m³ FDV18 model, alongside fully custom-engineered compactors covering 8-22 m³. Equipment can be tailored around your existing hook-lift trucks, station layout and site constraints, instead of forcing your project to adapt to fixed-size machinery.

●  Accept waste input from hand-pushed trolleys & small collection vehicles (max width ≤2.0 m).

●  Ideal for new-build waste transfer stations and retrofitting old facilities.

●  Compact footprint for space-limited urban locations.

Working Principle

●  Waste collected by small vehicles or manual trolleys

●  Waste tipping into feeding hopper

●  Multi-link hopper lifts waste into compression chamber

●  Horizontal hydraulic ram compacts waste inside sealed container

●  Compacted waste stored within fully-enclosed bin

●  Hook-lift truck picks up the complete compactor unit

●  Transport to waste-treatment facility for unloading

●  This integrated workflow reduces intermediate waste-handling steps, cuts odour release and improves site hygiene.

Key Benefits

Heavy-Duty Wear-Resistant Construction

-Compression chamber uses NM400 wear-resistant steel; compression ram adopts NM450 high-strength wear-resistant plate - Waste bin built with Q345 high-strength steel, fitted with built-in degassing vents - Waste-contact components receive special anti-corrosion treatment for humid, abrasive waste-site conditions → extends machine service life and lowers replacement costs - Quenched-and-galvanized pins + self-lubricating high-strength bearings enhance wear and corrosion resistance → reduces regular maintenance frequency - Bolt-and-arc-plate lug structure eliminates bolt shear-stress risk → prevents structural failure and improves operational safety

High-Performance & Low-Noise Hydraulics

- Peak compression force up to 360 kN; max hydraulic pressure ≥21 MPa - Stroke-end buffering for compression ram reduces mechanical impact and noise → friendly for sites near residential or public areas - Dual-direction buffered cylinders for feeding hopper for smooth movement → protects hydraulic parts and prolongs component lifespan - Efficient dual-pump hydraulic system ensures stable continuous-cycle performance → supports long-hour daily operation for high-volume waste sites.

Heavy-Duty Feeding Hopper

- ≥3.5 m³ hopper volume, accepts full dumping from small collection vehicles - Corrugated hopper shell with minimal exposed stiffeners for easy cleaning → saves your daily cleaning labour time - Multi-link lifting mechanism with anti-loosening stop plates → avoids mechanism offset and frequent field adjustment - Bottom impact buffers absorb dumping shocks and protect hopper structure → resists damage from repeated heavy dumping.

Zero-Leakage Sealing & Hydraulic Locking

- Dual-lip silicone sealing strips, slot-in quick-replace installation; service life>2 years under proper operation → fast on-site replacement, less downtime - Multi-link hydraulic gate locking with adjustable supports to extend gasket lifespan → reduces sealing-part procurement expenses - Hydraulic lock for discharge gate; pressure-release quick-disconnect couplings for safer maintenance → improves technician safety during servicing.

Intelligent PLC + HMI Control System

Three selectable operation modes: wired remote control, touch-screen HMI, physical push-buttons - Automatic phase-sequence fault detection & correction, no manual rewiring required → saves electrician labour for commissioning - LCD HMI displays machine running status, waste fill level, alarm messages and fault self-diagnostics → quick fault locating, minimises equipment downtime - PLC dynamically adjusts ram thrust according to real-time compression load for uniform high-density compaction → higher waste density means fewer transport trips and lower logistics cost.
