The edge-of-dock fixed leveler is an intelligent loading and unloading infrastructure tailored for existing warehouse renovation projects. Far more than a simple mechanical steel plate, it serves as the physical interface bridging the "last mile" of warehousing and logistics. By eliminating height gaps and clearances between loading docks and truck beds, it enables unimpeded, efficient passage for material handling equipment such as forklifts under zero-barrier conditions.
Retractable fixed ramps (commonly referred to as retractable loading docks, retractable ramps, or hydraulic ramps) are essential equipment in logistics and warehousing loading and unloading operations. Truck restraints are safety locking devices mounted along the leading edge of loading docks and used in conjunction with dock levelers. Their core function is to physically secure the rear end of a truck (typically its rear impact guard/RIG or wheels) to the dock throughout the entire loading and unloading process, preventing unintended vehicle departure (trailer creep / trailer separation).
