Streamlined Regulations (By Year-End)
Merge annual truck inspections, safety checks, and emissions tests into a single procedure.
Simplify freight vehicle certification; waive permits for sub-4.5-ton trucks.
Implement interprovincial freight inspections and establish national tail lift standards.
Highway Toll Reform
Remove provincial toll stations and simplify logistics business registration.
Combined with adjusted railway tariffs, these measures will cut annual logistics costs by ¥12+ billion.
Safety Guidelines for Tail Lift Operation
Two-Handed Control
Press "Up/Down" + "Rotation" buttons simultaneously when opening/closing.
Anti-Rollback Device
Only effective for carts with wheel diameters of 5–15 cm. Larger wheels may bypass it.
Load Distribution
Place cargo near the platform base (never overhang). Avoid unilateral loading.
Warning Zones on Platform
Yellow Line (0.6m from base): Safe load zone.
Red Line (1.2m from base): Max 50% capacity.
Beyond 0.3m from edge: No loads/personnel (except when grounded).
Pinch Hazard Awareness
Keep hands/feet clear during operation.
