Machining Performance
The machine adopts a dual-spindle configuration with separate spindles for milling and drilling, delivering powerful capabilities for milling and deep hole drilling operations.

Drilling & Milling Switching
Designed with dual spindles and dual tool magazines: one independent magazine for milling cutters and another for gun drills. It enables fully automatic tool change between gun drills and milling cutters, with capacity for 12 gun drills and 6 guide sleeves.
A-axis Swing Angle
The A-axis tilts 20° upward and 45° downward. The Y-axis and A-axis lead screws feature separate drive systems for rational structural layout and excellent stability.
A-axis Construction
Innovative anti-backlash bearing assembly equipped with preloaded anti-backlash bearings eliminates rotational backlash and greatly improves A-axis rotary precision.
CNC Rotary Worktable
Built with fully enclosed hydrostatic oil-floating structure to significantly strengthen the worktable’s anti-overturning rigidity.
Rotary Performance of CNC Table
With enclosed hydrostatic oil-floating design, the worktable achieves drastically improved anti-tilting performance.
Machine Counterweight System
Nitrogen-assisted hydraulic counterweight features rapid response, high stability and superior machining accuracy to realize outstanding milling performance.

Axis Configuration

The machine is configured with 10 motion axes, consisting of six main functional axes:
  • X-axis: Linear travel of worktable
  • Y-axis: Vertical movement of slide carriage
  • Z-axis: Longitudinal travel of column
  • W-axis: Forward/backward travel of spindle head
  • A-axis: Ram swing rotation
  • B-axis: Worktable rotary motion
  • plus four auxiliary axes.
Guideway Layout
X, Y, Z and W axes each employ twin high-rigidity heavy-duty roller guideways. This structure ensures high guiding accuracy, steady low-speed running and smooth high-speed travel for long-term precision retention.
