These separated solids are then treated as ordinary household waste.

After separation, the remaining slurry undergoes further processing. A chemical dosing system automatically adds reagents according to the measured concentration of the sewage. The mixture is then agitated so that the chemicals fully react with the sludge. The treated material is fed into a final dewatering unit, where it is compressed into sludge cakes—raw material for organic fertilizer production.

 

 

The water discharged from the plate-and-frame dewatering machine meets the Class III standards for municipal sewer discharge and can be released on-site without causing environmental pollution.
