Processing Functions
The machine integrates deep hole gun drilling, ejector drilling and heavy-duty milling functions. The ejector drill is designed with dual drill tubes featuring an integral oil sealing structure, which removes the need for oil sealing via guide sleeve attachment to workpieces. It has low requirements on workpiece surface finish for bore machining and boasts wide applicability, delivering greatly enhanced performance when fitted on combined drilling and milling machines.

Drilling & Milling Switchover
The guide box tilts upward and retracts automatically to enable rapid switching between deep hole drilling and milling modes, eliminating interference of the front guide against workpieces and rotary table rotation during machining.
A-axis Swing Range
Tilts 20° upward and 45° downward. The Y-axis lead screw and A-axis lead screw adopt independent drive systems for a rational structural layout and superior operational stability.
A-axis Structure
Adopts innovative anti-backlash bearing assembly. Preloaded anti-backlash bearings eliminate rotational backlash and drastically improve the rotational precision of the A-axis.
Drill Stem Support Retraction Mechanism
The support bracket flips automatically driven by air cylinder to reduce operator workload.
CNC Rotary Worktable
Constructed with fully enclosed hydrostatic oil-floating structure for remarkably improved anti-tilting capacity of the worktable.
Machine Counterweight System
Hydraulic counterweight with nitrogen charging delivers fast response, outstanding stability and high machining accuracy for superior milling performance.

Axis Configuration

Total six axes in compliance with national standard axis designation:
  • X-axis: Linear travel of worktable
  • Y-axis: Vertical movement of slide carriage
  • Z-axis: Longitudinal movement of column
  • W-axis: Forward/backward travel of spindle head
  • A-axis: Oscillating rotation of ram
  • B-axis: Rotary motion of worktable

Guideway Arrangement
