Machine Tool Specifications

Overall Machine Structure Design
The GTE series of machine tools features an overhead gantry design with a moving crossbeam and a fixed worktable. It has a compact footprint and a worktable load capacity of 8 tons per square meter.

High-Rigidity / High-Precision Machine Tool Structure
The structural components have undergone FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis, ensuring excellent static and dynamic rigidity, and are equipped with a system for compensating for thermal displacement and temperature rise.
Drive
The X/Y axes are driven directly by linear motors (Bosch Rexroth, Germany), though a ball screw drive is also available as an option.
Spindle Head
The standard configuration features a German KESSLER spindle; depending on machining requirements, customers can choose between HSK-A63 and HSK-A100 spindles.
Control System
Separate temperature control systems for the spindle and linear motor.
High efficiency, high precision
50 m/min rapid feed; 0.5G acceleration; compact, rigid structure.
CNC System
Comes standard with a HEIDENHAIN 640 CNC system; a SIEMENS 5-axis CNC system is available as an option.
