The equipment boasts a rated load capacity ranging from 0.5 to 30 tons and a single-stage lifting height of 1 to 6 meters, while its folded closed height is merely 300–600 mm, enabling installation in low-rise workshops, basements and narrow workstations.

It can be directly mounted on the ground without large-scale deep foundation pits. Working Principle

Lifting Process 
The hydraulic pump supplies oil to the bottom of the cylinder, and the high-pressure plunger directly lifts the platform upward. Hydraulic energy is directly converted into linear mechanical energy without intermediate force arm loss, delivering faster lifting response speed. 
Lowering Process 
The oil circuit reverses to release pressure, and the platform descends steadily relying on its own dead weight. A built-in throttle valve controls uniform lowering speed, eliminating jitter and horizontal deviation throughout the entire descent stroke. 
Pressure Holding & Position Locking 
After shutdown, a hydraulic lock automatically seals the oil circuit. The platform can stay stationary at any height for a long time with minimal sinking displacement, fully meeting the requirements of precision assembly operations.

The cylinder features a high-precision honed inner bore, while the plunger outer circle undergoes precision grinding and hard chrome plating with a single-side wear-resistant coating of 0.003 mm. The cylinder fitting clearance is controlled within 0.1 mm, delivering smooth lifting without crawling or jitter throughout the stroke.

An external independent four-column guide frame bears lateral loads instead of the cylinder itself, eliminating common defects of low-cost ordinary lifts such as plunger scoring and short service life.

The standard single-stage plunger stroke ranges from 1 to 6 meters. Non-standard customization with multi-cylinder series connection is available for ultra-high lifting height requirements.
