Machine Tool Specifications

Processing Functions
Equipped with deep hole gun drilling, ejector drill and heavy-duty milling capabilities. The ejector drill features a dual-drill-tube design with an integrated oil sealing structure, eliminating the need for guide sleeves to attach to workpieces for oil sealing. It imposes low surface requirements on drilled workpieces and boasts extensive applicability, serving as a powerful performance upgrade when installed on combined drilling and milling machine tools.

Drilling-Milling Mode Switchover
The guide box automatically tilts and shifts upward to enable rapid switching between deep hole drilling and milling modes, preventing front guide components from interfering with workpieces or the rotary table during rotational machining operations.
A-axis Swing Range
The A-axis tilts upward by 20° and downward by 45°. Separate lead screws independently drive the Y-axis and A-axis respectively, delivering a rational mechanical layout and outstanding structural stability.
A-axis Configuration
Built with a novel anti-backlash bearing assembly. Preloaded anti-backlash bearings eliminate rotational clearance and drastically improve the rotational precision of the A-axis.
Drill Pipe Support Bracket Retraction
The bracket automatically flips via pneumatic cylinder drive to reduce operators’ labor intensity.
CNC Rotary Worktable
Designed with an enclosed hydrostatic oil-float structure, greatly boosting the table’s anti-overturning load capacity.
Machine Counterweight System
Adopts hydraulic counterweight supplemented with nitrogen accumulators, featuring rapid response, superior stability and high machining precision for excellent milling performance.
Axis Configuration
The machine incorporates six numerically controlled axes complying with national standard axis nomenclature: X-axis for worktable linear travel, Y-axis for slide vertical movement, Z-axis for column longitudinal travel, W-axis for headstock forward/backward feed, A-axis for ram angular swing and B-axis for worktable full rotation. Its axis count matches or exceeds comparable competitor machine tools.
Guideway Layout
Axes X, Y, Z and W each adopt dual high-rigidity heavy-load roller guideways. This configuration ensures superior guiding accuracy, stable low-speed motion and smooth high-speed traversal for sustained precision retention.
